Article 19 (1) (a) confers on every citizen the Right to Freedom of speech and expression, as enshrined in the Constitution of India. Even though there are ample incidents where this fundamental right of an able bodied citizen has been trampled. In the present political clout as depicted in the national scenario nothing more is expected rather the same filth.

The internet civilization has endowed the ordinary citizens of the State of Kerala with a unique opportunity thus to enable himself in direct contact with the concerned politicians. Whatever are his agonies and frustrations need to be addressed have been specified for times. But the experience goes no attention has been paid even though emails are sent repeatedly. The sole reason being either they were lost in the midway or they have been read and not been considered to be answered.

Whatever may be the reason in absence of an effective medium to communicate with the politicians, legitimate demands get deprived and deep discontentments are never addressed. The injustices go on incessantly and the concerned politician remains unaddressed.

The lofty experiences have emphasized the need of an open forum so as to enable the grievances and agonies of the common citizens channelized properly. The politicians fighting for the humane cause should be communicated and also must respond.

The open forum enables an ordinary citizen, irrespective of religion and financial status to communicate directly. The forum will act as the intermediary by sending a copy of the comment, be a reflection of a personal agony or a neglected public issue that needs to be answered, by email to the concerned politician. If there is a presence of or the politicians possess published emails, there will be a more effective way of getting their attentions to the matters of the citizens.
